Eminem has solidified his spot with legends as a “Rap God.” But the Detroit spitter gives love to other greats too.

A week ago – for example – we saw his (extremely neat) letter to Tupac Shakur’s mom. In it, he praised the New York-born MC. And last week, he talked about how much he appreciates younger MCs, including Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West and Drake.

But Slim has given props to other rappers on songs too. So we gathered up 45 times the Detroit MC celebrated other wordsmiths in his genre (in no particular order). Some of them are obvious – like those mentioned above – and some are less heralded. But all show Eminem’s respect for his fellow rap titans is as strong as his disdain for pop stars.
