Beyoncé’s trophy case will have to make room for one more statue.

The 17-time Grammy-winning singer will be honored with the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. The “Flawless” songstress will also perform at the ceremony, where she is also nominated for 11 awards.

Bey joins an iconic list of entertainers to receive this honor including the Beastie Boys, Justin Timberlake, Madonna, and Britney Spears.

The 2014 VMAs takes place at the L.A. Forum on Aug. 24 at 9pm on MTV with other performances by Usher, Maroon 5, and Ariana Grande.
