In his third sales week, J.Cole finds himself on top of the Billboard charts earning his second #1 album with his sophomore effort, Born Sinner.

According to Hits Daily Double, although J.Cole’s sales are down 33%, he has found himself in the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot 200 chart moving an estimated 55k copies of Born Sinner in his third sales week.

With Cole moving another 55,000 copies of Born Sinner, he edges closer to a gold album with about 436,000 copies sold thus far.

Wale, who topped the charts in his opening sales week moving 151k copies of his new album, The Gifted,  is down 68%, but still managed to move another 48K copies bringing his 2-week total to 199,000 copies.

Although falling 39%, Kanye West has managed to hang on to his #3 spot on the charts selling another 40k copies of Yeezus.

With Kanye moving another 40,000 copies of his sixth studio album, his 3-week sales total is 432,000.

Also, as previously reported, although already certified Platinum by the RIAA, Billboard and Soundscan do not follow the same regulations as the RIAA, based off pre-orders and other factors, Jay-Z’s MCHG that officially hit stores today (July 9th), is expected to top the charts next week, and is estimated to sell between 350k – 400k copies in its first week on store shelves and digital retailers.
