Nicki Minaj apparently called radio station Hot 97’s program director and demanded they stop playing her music, after the singer and radio station exchanged insults.

Hip Hop DX says Hot 97’s Ebro spoke to Nicki, who demanded they stop spinning her hits. The beef began after the singer’s disastrous debut of her new album, “Pink Friday Roman Reloaded: The Re-Up.” The record moved a mere 36,000 units the first week, and Nicki has been on the warpath, blaming retailers for not stocking it and DJs for not promoting it. In particular, Nicki says Hot 97’s Rosenberg was a big factor after making disparaging comments.

Ebro was on with Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg, and says Nicki called him from overseas to insult him and tell him to stop playing her tracks. Watch the full interview below.
