Monks chant as Game delivers his version of Sunday Service on “Holy Water,” an outtake from his forthcoming Jesus Piece LP.

“This is not on the album.. Just a dope track 4 my fans,” tweeted Game with a download link for the track.

Produced by Sap Da Beatman, “Holy Water” doesn’t stray far from the whole gagsta hallelujah theme of Game’s fifth album. “My Phantom so mean, like I wash that motherf—er every Sunday in Holy Water/ My Jesus Piece clean, even my shoes are Christians, I’m walking on Holy Water,” raps Game. Two weeks ago, the L.A. rapper released his controversial cover art for Jesus Piece depicting him as His Holiness dawning some gang-inspired symbols.

“Jesus Piece gives me an opportunity to speak about situations that people, like me, who love God but are still street and still wanna remain themselves without going the Pastor Mase route,” Game told VIBE about the album. He continued the thought in an interview with MTV, saying, “It’s not a Christian album, it’s not an album that’s strictly about church or nothin’. It’s just a constant battle with religion and street life and hip-hop and lyricism and bitches and your wife and your kids and just the struggle.”
