Everybody who’s a Kanye West stan, G.O.O.D Music fan, or just a hip-hop enthusiast, has

probably heard the highly anticipated Cruel Summer album by now.

Not only did it come out September 14th in New Zealand, Ireland, Scandinavia and today in the

U.K., but the album leak also hit the net a couple of days prior.

The project features Ye’s fam (Big Sean, Pusha T, 2 Chainz, Kid Cudi, Common,

Cyhi The Prince, D’banj, John Legend, Teyana Taylor and Malik Yusef) who happen to

be amazing artists respectively, and features from big brother Jay-Z to Marsha Ambrosius.

After giving your eardrums a workout, you may find yourself saying “Mercy” and truly

understanding why Kanye once said his “music is perfect!”

But is it erroneous to say the G.O.O.D. Music Cruel Summer album is the best music group

compilation album ever made? Or is the best music group compilation something that remains

to be seen?
