Jay-Z is known to go all out for his performances with special guests. However, his surprise this time isn’t a singer or rapper, it’s the Nets Owner Mikhail Prokhorov.

Prokhorov confirmed that he would rap on stage with Jay-Z when he opens up at the Barclay Center next month. Starting September 28, 2012; Jay-Z is opening up the New Brooklyn Nets with a series of concerts.

‘Yes, I will rap at his concert,’ Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov told Crain’s New York Business. ‘I am in rehearsals now 10 hours a day and plan to demand joint billing.’

This could be a humorous joke from the known jokester, Prokhorov, but then again he could also be serious. Deeming himself the ‘real Russian Eminem’, Prokhorov went viral earlier this year while rapping his song ‘on the mic-ro-phone’ that was viewed over 170000 on You Tube.

The world will find out if Prokhorov is indeed a true jokester or was serious with his claims of a special appearance with Jay-Z on Sept. 28.
