French Montana got next.

For years, the Bronx-native was a mixtape favorite in New York City.

Now in 2012, he’s getting ready to take his NYC grind and make it global.

French has partnered up with Diddy by signing a label deal with Bad Boy records. He is also getting ready to put out his debut album, Excuse My French, which will be executive produced by Rick Ross.

When you’re getting co-signs like that, how can you not possibly take over the game?

French Montana was outside of the popular New York City club Greenhouse. While outside, French chopped it up about a number of topics: He talked about his grind over the last couple of years, the Morocco influence in his music and what it’s like working with his boss, Diddy.
