Yelawolf won’t be able to perform alongside his Slaughterhouse comrades during their upcoming SXSW set.

The Radioactive rapper is reported to still be recovering from a ruptured spleen injury sustained just last week.

The Alabama emcee, who was admitted to a Madison, Wisconsin hospital earlier this month, was advised to remain on mandatory bed rest until further test results, which resulted in the canceling of his Saint Andrew’s Hall concert in Detroit.

Doctors feel it necessary that he continue to remain off stage – including his upcoming March 16th SXSW performance along side his Slaughterhouse crew – to aid his recovery.

This will mark the second time that Yelawolf has had to cancel a performance since his injury.

We here at RichHipHop.com wish Yelawolf a speedy recovery!

If you want to catch the full show, FUSE will be broadcasting the Shady 2.0 showcase via their YouTube channel – March 16th, 8pm ET/7pm CT.
